The world is experiencing so much discord, division and conflict right now. In too many places, opposing sides seem more polarised and entrenched than ever. It is hard to see what can be done to resolve the issues that divide us.
So thank goodness for something optimistic, capable of bringing together even the most far-flung nations of the world in a spirit of friendship and harmony. What a relief that we can enjoy an event renowned for its fun, friendliness and healthy camaraderie.
This weekend, people from all over the world will join together in a wonderful celebration of positivity. Through the magic of technology, people in many different locations and time zones are able to meet for one simple event that, in its own small way, can make a world of difference.
So why not join us for this Sunday morning's online Pilates class? It'll be just what you need to recover from that frightful Eurovision Song Contest the night before.
And if that whets your appetite for more, you'll be pleased to hear that, despite me being on holiday this coming week, there's no need to stop the Pilates hits coming. I have lovingly crafted some special pre-recorded online classes so that you can be humming away to them throughout the week until my return. Just book as normal (using the button below) and I will make sure you receive the recording before the usual class start time.
The schedule for the coming week is as follows:
Sunday 14 May 09:30-10:45
Monday 15 May 15:00-16:00 (recorded class only)
Thursday 18 May 08:45-10:00 (recorded class only)
Thursday 18 May 17:00-18:00 (recorded class only)
Sunday 21 May 09:30-10:45 (back to normal schedule)
