How to book a class
Please try to book your class at least one hour in advance, to allow time for me to send you the joining instructions.
Click the button for the class you wish to book (you can book up to six days ahead)
The payment page will appear (note that you can adjust the quantity, if you are booking for more than one person)
Enter your payment details and press the Pay button
Approximately 90 mins before the start time, I will send you instructions via email on how to join the class (if you haven't seen it by one hour before the class, please check your junk mail folder)
To attend a class you will need:
An Internet connection
A computer, tablet or (at a pinch) a mobile phone that you can position so that you can see and hear me. Although not essential, it would be ideal to use a device with a built-in camera, so that I can see you and offer corrections
The Zoom app (available to download for free from the App Store, Google Play Store or Microsoft Store - depending on your device)
Enough room to lie down and move your arms and legs without hitting anything
Something soft to lie on (ideally a Pilates or yoga mat, but a carpet or rug will suffice) and perhaps a cushion or blanket for your head
During the class, I will guide you through a sequence of Pilates exercises, demonstrating and correcting as appropriate. You will be able to see me, hear me and follow along. If you wish, I will be able to see you and talk to you to provide feedback.
If you can't make it to one of the above classes, I would be happy to record it so you can do it at a time that suits you. Just book as normal and let me know at least an hour in advance that you would like it recorded. After the class has finished you will receive a link to the recording, which you can watch for up to seven days. If you haven't seen the email within two hours of the end of the class, please check your junk mail folder.
