The gift of autumn

This Sunday at 2am, UK clocks go back to 1am. We get a chance to re-live the whole hour once more! It's like deja vu, all over again (to quote the American baseball manager Yogi Berra). How often does that happen? Well, yes, I know - every year, but even so... I still like the idea of getting a "free" hour. Think of it as a sort of promotional gift to take your mind off the fact that it's getting colder and darker and wetter.
Far be it from me to tell you how to spend your extra hour this weekend but I feel it would be remiss of me not to point out that I do teach a Pilates class on Sundays. It actually lasts 75 minutes but you could cash in your hour, meaning that you only used 15 minutes of your own time, which is virtually nothing! A whole Pilates class for less than one episode of Friends? A bargain, in my humble opinion.
Of course, it might be that you already have something else planned for Sunday. In which case, I feel duty-bound to mention that I also teach another class on Monday, which is exactly one hour long! I know! What are the chances? Just save your hour from Sunday and spend it (before it expires) on Monday getting toned, strong and flexible in literally no time at all.
How can you avail yourself of this temporal bonanza? I'm so glad you asked. For more details and to book a class, go to the online classes page of my website by clicking here.
