Summer’s lease hath all too short a date

Now that summer is over, it's time to pack away the t-shirts and shorts and turn our minds to the drawing-in of the evenings. Try not to mourn those long, lazy minutes of summer we enjoyed and instead embrace the chilly nip of autumn and the chance to unpack our jumpers and raincoats once again. Ah, it seems only days since we put them away! How funny, the tricks that the mind plays.

I always try to avoid holidaying with the summer crowds (if hell is other people, I dread to think what Jean-Paul Sartre would have said about holidaymakers). Instead I like to wait until the first chill and drizzle of, well, now, really. Which is why I'm off on my holidays.

However, if you want to do a Pilates class to keep warm, help is at hand. I have two specially pre-recorded classes for this Thursday, while I am away.

If you have never tried one of my recorded classes and have always wondered what they are like, now's your chance. If you already know how good they are, what are you waiting for?

Book one of my Thursday classes and I will make sure you receive the recording, which you can watch for up to seven days.

Of course, you might feel that nothing beats the live experience, so you'll be glad to hear that I will be back in time for the Sunday class. Perhaps I will see you then? Just don't expect me to have a tan.

For more details and to book any class, click here to go to the online classes page of my website.
