How are those buns?

Consistency is one of my favourite virtues. I’m not one for chopping and changing, so you will be unsurprised to hear that my online Pilates classes will continue as usual over the Easter weekend.
I don't know about you, but I find something quietly reassuring about things carrying on as normal.
Easter can feel rather like a festival of baked goods and confectionery. Hot cross buns make their annual appearance (though M&S seems determined to make it a year-round staple). Simnel cake is offered, to puzzled expressions from anyone under 50. Chocolate is consumed with enthusiasm.
So, if you feel inclined to offset the seasonal indulgence - or are simply looking for a respectable excuse to step away from it - you would be most welcome to join me for a class on Easter Sunday and/or Monday.
A little movement, a little balance and, perhaps, a moment of quiet virtue. And you can always reward yourself with an Easter egg afterwards.
