(By which I mean: everybody stay in)

With strikes on the London Underground starting today, there will be no tube service until Friday. Travelling around London is going to be grim. Personally, I try to avoid the underground whenever possible, as I prefer travelling by bus, but I have a feeling that even the buses are going to be a lot less pleasant this week.
At times like this, what I like best of all is staying at home and teaching online. Zoom classes work brilliantly: all you need is a laptop or tablet computer and an internet connection. Throw in a bit of floorspace and you're all set for Pilates!
You'll get the best view (no annoying people sitting in front of you), the best sound (can't hear me? just increase the volume) and, of course, the best Pilates around, in the comfort of your own home.
With all that, why would you want to go out?
And if the times don't suit you, just request a recording of the class so you can do it whenever you like.
Join me at any of the following classes. I think you'll find them strikingly good.
Sunday 09:30-10:45
Monday 15:00-16:00
Thursday 08:45-10:00
Thursday 17:00-18:00
For more details and to book a class, go to the online classes page of my website.
All of the above classes can be recorded, so you can do them at a time that suits you. Just book as usual and let me know at least an hour before that you would like a recording. After the class you will receive a link to the recording, which you can watch for up to seven days.
